Abstract:
The Supplemental Report of the 1999 Budget Act (Item 3360-001-0381) requires theCalifornia Energy Commission, beginning March 1, 2000 and by each December 1thereafter, to submit a report on the Renewable Energy Program. The reportshall include (a) an itemized list — including a project description, grant amount,and proposed outcome measures — for projects awarded funding in the currentfiscal year, broken down by program area; and (b) an itemized list — including aproject description, grant amount, and actual outcome measures — for projectsawarded funding in the prior fiscal year, broken down by program area.
