Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards Enforcement
The Building Standards Enforcement Unit investgates complaints, and provides assistance to Building Officials and other energy professionals to increase compliance with the Title 24, Building Energy Efficiency Standards Enforcement staff work to resolve complaints at the lowest level possible. Some investigations are done in conjunction with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB), and/or individual building departments, or outside parties.
