Geesman is the Presiding Member and Commissioner James D. Boyd is the Associate Member of the Energy Report Committee.

This report is the based on the record developed during the update proceeding, which includes three draft staff white papers and extensive public and stakeholder comments. The report provides policy recommendations and presents the state's progress on meeting the 2003 Integrated Energy Policy Report recommendations.

The Energy Commission will consider adopting the Committee Report at its November 3, 2004 Business Meeting.
