Pursuant to AB 32, the California Global Warming Solutions Act
The Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32) requires the California Air Resource Board to prepare a "Scoping Plan" to achieve reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in California. That plan and its apendices are available to download as Acrobat PDF files below.
This plan was adopted by the ARB at its December 12, 2008, board meeting. More information can be found on the ARB's website at: www.arb.ca.gov/cc/scopingplan/document/scopingplandocument.htm.
