NOTICE OF NEW DATE TO SUBMIT WRITTEN COMMENTS



Based on stakeholder input at the AB 1007 Full Fuel Cycle Analysis March 2, 2007 Workshop, and stakeholder need for additional time to review the AB 1007 FFCA work products, the California Energy Commission and the Air Resources Board FFCA Team are extending the due date for written comments to March 23, 2007.

The agencies request that written comments on workshop topics or key questions be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2007. Please include the docket number 06-AFP-1 and indicate "Alternative Transportation Fuels Plan Full Fuel Cycle Analysis Workshop" in the subject line or initial paragraph of your comments. Those submitting written comments by hard copy only must provide an original plus 12 paper copies to the Energy Commission's Docket Unit. Those submitting written comments by electronic mail should provide the comments in either Microsoft Word format or Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format, and must also submit one paper copy to the Energy Commission's Docket Unit. E-mail comments should be sent to [docket@energy.state.ca.us].
