Febuary 25, 2009, Adoption of Regulations to Define the Administration of the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program
The draft regulatory language and Initial Statement of Reasons for the AB 118 program that were submitted to the Office of Administrative Law on December 2, 2008 have been revised in response to comments received from the Office of Administrative Law. These revised documents were re-submitted on December 23, 2008. The revised regulations will be considered at the Energy Commission's Business Meeting on February 25, 2009. Comments can be submitted through February 16, 2009 to the Energy Commission's Docket Office.
