The Energy Commission has opened a docket number 07-AAER-3, for a rulemaking proceeding to adopt proposed amendments to the Appliance Efficiency Regulations.
In this rulemaking proceeding, the California Energy Commission will consider possible amendments to California's Appliance Efficiency Regulations concerning the general purpose lighting, battery chargers, updates, and clarification; and other priority matters as determined by the Committee. The Committee may divide the rulemaking into phases and establish (or modify) the scope of each phase appropriately.
