On May 17, 2005, the California Energy Commission opened a Rulemaking Proceeding to consider amendments to the previous Appliance Efficiency Regulations.
The new Regulations were adopted by the Energy Commission and approved by the Office of Administrative Law. Copies of publication # CEC-400-2005-012 are available on line in Acrobat PDF. The were effective April 15, 2005.
NOTE: These 2005 regulations have been superseded by the 2006 Appliance Efficiency Regulations.
