In this rulemaking proceeding, the California Energy Commission proposes to amend its Appliance Efficiency Regulations concerning the energy efficiency of appliances, and make minor corrections and clarifications.
The proposed amendments include a 1-year delay in the effective dates for the Digital Television Adapter Standards.
