The Energy Commission has opened docket number 09-AAER-1A, Phase 2 of the 2008 Rulemaking on Appliance Efficiency Regulations proceeding, to establish performance standards and labeling requirements for landscape irrigation equipment as required by the Water Conservation in Landscaping Act of 2006 (Assembly Bill 1881, Laird, Chapter 559, Statutes of 2006).
