INFORMATION ON THE
NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

Due to the tragedy of September 11, 2001 in New York and Washington, DC, the California Energy Commission Postponed the September 12, 2001, Business Meeting.

Since all the items have been noticed, the Energy Commission will hear:

• Item 2 - Modesto Irrigation District, Woodland II Project (Docket No.01-SPPE-1),
• Item 9 - GWF Energy, LLC Henrietta Peaker Project, and
• Item 10 - GWF Energy, LLC Henrietta Peaker Project at the next regularly scheduled Business Meeting at:

10 a.m.
