IN ADDITION TO THE AGENDA THAT WENT OUT ON DECEMBER 21, 2001, THE COMMISSION WILL TAKE A VOTE TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. ONCE THE VOTE IS TAKEN THE COMMISSION WILL POSSIBLY CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNDER THE CONSENT CALENDAR:

  1. ENERGY CONSERVATION ASSISTANCE ACT ACCOUNT. Possible approval of a loan to Cutten Elementary School District, a 600-student district, for $48,517 for the installation of energy efficient lighting at the two school sites in the District located outside Eureka.   2. GRANT PROGRAM GUIDELINES. Possible approval of the Committee's proposed changes to the Solar Energy and Distributed Generation Program Guidelines which include: equipment certification and specifications for battery backup systems; contractor's licensing requirements and documentation of permitting exemptions for solar energy systems' installation; a funding cap for multi-unit domestic water heating systems; and, changes to definitions of selected terms, the application review and evaluation process and selected forms and instructions, to better clarify programmatic requirements.   3. TITLE 20 - APPLIANCE REGULATIONS. Commission consideration and possible approval of amendments to the Appliance Regulations which are found in the California Code of Regulations, Title 20: Division 2 Chapter 4: Energy Conservation, Article 4: Appliance Efficiency Regulations and in California Code of Regulations, Title 24: Part 6, Subchapter 2: Building Standards.
