The California Energy Commission Lead Commissioner for the 2017 Integrated Energy Policy Report (2017 IEPR) will conduct a workshop to discuss the staff natural gas forecast results and Draft 2017 Natural Gas Market Trends and Outlook Report (Draft 2017 Natural Gas Outlook). Also, a panel of natural gas industry representatives and experts-will provide input and feedback on key natural gas issues impacting the United States· and California.
Chair Robert B. Weisenmiller is the Lead Commissioner for the 2017 IEPR proceeding and for electricity and natural gas issues at the Energy Commission; Other Commissioners at the Energy Commission and the California· Public Utilities Commission may also attend and participate in the workshop. A quorum of Commissioners from the CPUC and/or the Energy Commission may be in attendance, but no votes will be taken.

Energy Commission staff produced the 2017 Natural Gas Outlook report to support the Energy Commission's 2017 IEPR. The Natural Gas Outlook provides detailed analyses and findings on key topics impacting the United States and California, including price, supply, sources and production, demand, and infrastructure and safety issues.
