Instruction details: Participating companies will receive partial reimbursement for employee training after 90 days of employee retention following completion of training. All participating employers will be screened for compliance with the Panel's guidelines for eligibility prior to trainee enrollment.
Result of classes: All training is designed for green/clean certifications to be acquired by trainees upon successful completion of the specific courses and required testing. The certifications are offered by nationally-recognized organizations such as the Building Performance Institute (BPI), the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and the California Certified Energy Rating and Testing Services Certification (CalCerts).

Its objective is to support the growth of the home energy performance retrofit industry, and to meet the unprecedented demand for businesses and workers to provide quality residential energy improvements.
