The Pre-Bid conference is an opportunity for Bidders to ask technical and administrative questions of Energy Commission staff. Bidders may send their questions to the Contract Officer listed below. All questions received regarding this RFP will be answered in writing and distributed to those who requested an RFP and who attended the pre-bid conference, and will be posted on the Energy Commission's website at www.energy.ca.gov, as well as the Department of General Services, Procurement Division website at www.dgs. Deadline for written questions is March 18, 2008, by 5:00 p.m. pacific time.
