Distributed Generation Reference Documents
(Updated August 27, 2004)

The California Energy Commission in collaboration with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is providing research and analysis documents to all parties involved in the CPUC distributed generation rulemaking (R.04-03-017).

As stated in the CPUC's scoping order (Attachment B) that was released August 6th, the following documents are available to assist parties with developing a cost-benefit test. Check back to this page regularly because we will add new documents as they are identified and become available.
