The Energy Commission, Power Authority, and Public Utilities Commission Energy Action Plan Steering Committee members will meet to discuss efforts and next steps.

  1. Progress of the Subcommittees - reports and discussion on the following activities
    • CPUC - Procurement Rulemaking status and progress; Dynamic Pricing Rulemaking status and progress; Energy Efficiency Rulemaking status and progress; RPS status and progress; Transmission Rulemaking status and progress; and Natural Gas Outlook Rulemaking status and progress
    • CPA - Peaking Generation status and progress; Solar for State Facilities program status and progress; upcoming revenue bond issuance for CEC loan program
    • CEC - 2003 IEPR status and progress, post-publication; IEPR Update activities status and progress; RPS status and progress, including report on supplemental energy payments availability
  2. Core-Noncore Model Applied to Electric Sector - discuss status and progress
  3. Time to update the Energy Action Plan? - discuss whether and how
  4. Next Joint Meeting of the three agencies scheduled for March 2:
