Notice of Availability Renewables Portfolio Standard Eligibility Guidebook Publication No. CEC-300-2006-007-F New Renewable Facilities Program Guidebook Publication No. CEC-300-2006-006-F Overall Guidebook for the Renewable Energy Program Publication No. CEC-300-2006-008-F At its April 26, 2006, Business Meeting, the California Energy Commission (Energy Commission) adopted changes to the following three guidebooks relating to CaliforniaÕs Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) Program: ¥ Renewables Portfolio Standard Eligibility Guidebook (publication no. CEC-300-2006-007-F) This guidebook describes the eligibility requirements and process for certifying renewable resources as eligible for CaliforniaÕs RPS and Supplemental Energy Payments (SEPs) and describes how the Energy Commission will design and implement an accounting system to verify compliance with the RPS. ¥ New Renewable Facilities Program Guidebook (publication no. CEC-300-2006-006-F) This guidebook describes how the Energy Commission will allocate and award SEPs to cover the above-market costs of renewable energy. ¥ Overall Program Guidebook (publication no. CEC-300-2006-008-F) This guidebook describes specific aspects of how the Energy CommissionÕs Renewable Energy Program is administered. The adopted guidebooks include errata presented by staff at the Business Meeting and accepted by the Energy Commission. The notice of errata has been docketed.
