For California's economy to grow and remain globally competitive, new sources of energy must be developed, and the use of energy must become more productive.

This site will provide you, the management and operators of California's economic engine, a clearing-house of efficiency information. You will find technical information, descriptions of successful energy/efficiency programs, financing information and links to other useful sites.
