EECBG Preliminary Guidelines Now Available
The publication Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program Preliminary Guidelines (publication # CEC-150-2009-002-D), outlining the proposed design of the program, is now available at the Energy Commission's Economic Recovery webpage www.energy.ca.gov/recovery/meetings/ .
These preliminary guidelines focus on the EECBG allocations to be provided to California's small cities and counties.
These guidelines will be discussed at four workshops scheduled July 14-16, 2009, throughout the state. Comments about the preliminary guidelines may be submitted by e-mail to EECBG@energy.state.ca.us
