Portions of Title 20 of the California Code of Regulations contain the statutes relating to power plant siting certification. The regulations refer frequently and cite the Warren-Alquist Energy Resources Conservation and Development Act, which can be found on this Internet site. Chapter 6 of the Warren-Alquist Act deals specifically with Power Facility and Site Certification.
