The Committee designated to conduct proceedings on the Application for Certification of the proposed La Paloma Generating Company will conduct a public Pre-hearing Conference as follows:
Thursday, March 16, 1999On July 10, 1998, La Paloma Generating Company filed an AFC with the California Energy Commission to construct and operate the La Paloma Generating Project, a 1,048 megawatt natural gas-fired, combined cycle power generating facility. The project is proposed to be located about 40 miles west of Bakersfield, and approximately two miles east of the unincorporated community of McKittrick near the intersection of Reserve and Skyline Roads.
