The California Energy Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision on the Pittsburg District Energy Facility's proposed 500-megawatt natural gas-fired power plant at a Business Meeting scheduled as follows:

The proposed location for this plant is on a 12-acre site on East 3rd Street, west of the intersection of East 3rd Street and Columbia, in the City of Pittsburg in Eastern Contra Costa County.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions during the hearing.
