Community Calendar Announcement

The Committee designated to conduct proceedings on the Three Mountain Power Project will hold a conference and hearing on as follows:

5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Lions Hall

Burney, California
(Wheelchair accessible)

The Three Mountain Power Project is a 500-megawatt, natural-gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant proposed by Three Mountain Power, LLC (Ogden Pacific Power), to be constructed one mile northeast of Burney in Shasta County.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions during the conference and hearing. Persons requiring information on how to participate in the Energy Commission's review of the project should contact Roberta Mendonca, the Energy Commission's Public Adviser, at (916) 654-4489, toll free at (800) 822-6228, or by e-mail at pao@energy.state.ca.us.
