Energy Commission staff has scheduled a data response and issue resolution workshop to discuss the Midway Sunset Project as follows:

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss issues affecting the Siting Committee's schedule and their 12-month review process.
The proposed 500-megawatt natural gas-fired electricity generation plant would be constructed on an undeveloped 10-acre site next to the existing Western Midway Sunset Cogeneration Company (MSCC) facility. After construction, the proposed project would be incorporated into the MSCC site.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions during the workshop.
