The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Blythe Energy Project will hold a status conference as follows:
TUESDAY, October 10, 2000

The purpose of the conference will be to discuss whether case development is progressing satisfactorily, and to bring potential schedule delays or other relavent matters to the Committes's attention.
The proposed Blythe Energy Project is a 520-megawatt, natural, gas-fired, electric generating facility. The proposed project site is located approximately five miles west of the city of Blythe on Hobsonway near the airport.
Members of the public may participate in all phases of the licensing process in a variety of ways.
