Southern Energy Delta, LLC proposes to develop the Contra Costa Power Plant Project, a 530-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combine cycle power plant. The proposed site is at the existing Contra Costa Power Plant located 1-mile northeast of the City of Antioch on Wilbur Avenue near State Route 4, State Route 160 and the Antioch Bridge.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask clarifying questions on any of the subjects during either the afternoon or evening session.
