The staff of the California Energy Commission will hold a status conference on the proposed Rio Linda/Elverta Power Project as follows:

The purpose of the conference will be to discuss whether case development is progressing satisfactorily, and to bring potential schedule delays or other relavent matters to the Committee's attention.
The Rio Linda/Elverta Power Project, proposed by FPL Energy Sacramento Power LLC, is a 560-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle facility. The facility would be located on a 90-acre parcel in the community of Rio Linda, in Sacramento County, approximately 7 miles east of Sacramento International Airport.
Members of the public and interested agencies are invited to participate in the conference. Time will be reserved to allow members of the public to comment.
