| Sacramento - On Monday, September 24, members of the public and other interested parties will have an opportunity to learn more about a 500-megawatt power plant proposed by Reliant Energy, LLC. |
| If approved, the facility would be located within a 200-acre site approximately 14 miles north of the City of Williams. The project would be a natural gas-fired, combined cycle electric generating facility. |
