| Sacramento - On Monday, October 29, members of the public and other interested parties will have an opportunity to learn more about a 250-megawatt power plant proposed by the Southern California Public Power Authority. |
| If approved, the facility would be located at the existing 23-acre site of the Magnolia Power Station in the City of Burbank. The project would be a natural gas-fired, combined cycle electric generating plant. |
