The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Colusa Power Project will hold a project status hearing as follows:

The status hearing is being held to review the status of the proceeding, the timeliness of Applicant data submissions, and the eligibility of the proceeding to continue as a six-month Application for Certification proceeding.
The Colusa Power Project, proposed by Reliant Energy LLC, is a 500-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined cycle facility consisting of two combustion gas turbines. The plant would be located within a 200-acre site approximately four miles to the west of Interstate 5 and 14 miles north of the city of Williams.
Members of the public and interested agencies are invited to participate in the hearing. Time will be reserved to allow members of the public to comment.
