The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Tracy Peaker Project will hold evidentiary hearings as follows:

Evidentiary hearings are held to establish the factual record necessary to reach a decision in this case. This is accomplished by taking oral, written, or documentary evidence from the parties. Formal evidentiary hearings are more structured than Committee conferences or staff workshops.
The Tracy Peaker Project, proposed by GWF Energy LLC, is a 169-megawatt, natural gas-fired, simple-cycle facility. The project would be would be built on a nine-acre, fenced site located immediately southwest of Tracy and approximately 20 miles southwest of Stockton in San Joaquin County.
Members of the public are encouraged to participate and will have the opportunity to comment and ask clarifying questions on any of the subjects.
