This session is a continuation of the workshop held in San Joaquin on
March 7, 2002. The purpose of this session is to discuss the
ApplicantŐs data responses in transmission system engineering and to
resolve any outstanding issues.
The Central Valley Energy Center, proposed by Calpine, would be a
1,060-megawatt, natural pgas-fired, combined-cycle electric generating
facility located on an 85-acre parcel in Fresno County near the Mendota
Wildlife Management Area and the Fresno-Clovis Wastewater Treatment
Facility.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment and ask
questions during the workshop. Persons requiring information on how to
participate in the Energy CommissionŐs review of the proposed project
