The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Tracy Peaker Project will hold a continuation of evidentiary hearings as follows:

This is a continuation of the evidentiary hearings held in Tracy on March 6, 7, 8, 13, and 14, 2002. This hearing will allow for the parties involved to complete their presentation of evidence in the topic area of Land Use.
The Tracy Peaker Project, proposed by GWF Energy LLC, is a 169-megawatt, natural gas-fired, simple-cycle facility. The project would be would be built on a nine-acre, fenced site located immediately southwest of Tracy and approximately 20 miles southwest of Stockton in San Joaquin County.
Members of the public are encouraged to participate and will have the opportunity to comment and ask clarifying questions on any of the subjects.
