The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Russell City Energy Center will hold a scheduling conference as follows:

At the scheduling conference, parties will identify any information items which Staff believes Applicant has failed to provide and the date on which Applicant will provide any required information. Parties will also provide joint recommendations for the appropriate scope of review for any required transmission up-grades related to the project, and propose a joint schedule for the remainder of the case based on the availability of the information noted above.
The Russell City Energy Center would be a 600–megawatt, natural gas–fired, combined cycle power plant located in the Industrial Corridor of the City of Hayward in Alameda County. The facility would be built on a 14.7-acre site directly south of the Water Pollution Control Facility.
Members of the public and interested agencies are invited to participate in the conference. Time will be reserved to allow members of the public to comment.
