California government codes allow items to be added to the Business Meeting agenda with 48 hours notice if the Commission needs to take immediate action and the need for the action came to the attention of the Energy Commission after the regular 10-day notice has been issued.

Possible approval of a Siting Committee to process the application for the Modesto Irrigation District Electric Generation Station Project Small Power Plant Exemption. This is a 95-megawatt, gas-fired, simple-cycle power plant in Ripon.
