The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed Inland Empire Energy Center will hold a prehearing conference as follows:

This conference will provide the Committee an opportunity to assess the applicant's readiness for evidentiary hearings, identify areas of agreement and dispute, and discuss procedures for the evidentiary hearing
The Inland Empire Energy Center is proposed by Inland Energy Center LLC, a direct subsidiary of Calpine.The project would include a 670-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant to be located in Riverside County, between the cities of Perris and Hemet, near Romoland.
Members of the public and other interested agencies are invited to participate and provide comments.
