The Energy Commission staff will attempt to resolve all outstanding issues and potential modifications to the conditions of certification contained in the Final Staff Assessment of the Inland Empire Energy Center Project.
The Inland Empire Energy Center is proposed by Inland Energy Center LLC, a direct subsidiary of Calpine.The project would include a 670-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant to be located in Romoland in Riverside County, between the cities of Perris and Hemet.
