The Committee overseeing the Application for Certification for the proposed SMUD Cosumnes power plant project will hold a public conference to discuss the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision on:

The Cosumnes Power Plant, sponsored by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), would be a 1,000-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power plant to be built in two phases at 500 megawatts each. The proposed location is near the former Rancho Seco Nuclear Plant, 25 miles southeast of the City of Sacramento, in Sacramento County.
