for Certification for the proposed Pico Power Project
will hold a public conference to discuss comments on
the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision as follows:

Proposed by the city of Santa Clara's
electric utility, Silicon Valley Power, the Pico Power
Project is a natural gas-fired, combined-cycle power
plant with a generating capacity of 122 megawatts and
the ability to peak fire to 147 megawatts. The facility
would be built on 2.86 acres located north of Silicon
Valley Power's Kifer Receiving Station in the City of
Santa Clara.
