||Legislation requires the California Energy Commission to adopt the report every two years. The initial report is due to the Governor and the Legislature in November 2003. The Commission held hearings on October 1, 2, 3, and 6 at different cities throughout the State on the draft report. Tomorrow's hearing in Bakersfield will be the final one before comments and discussions from these regional hearings are included in the revised report that the Energy Commission will consider adopting at its October 29, 2003, Business Meeting.
