Sacramento - The California Energy Commission today released amendments to the Third Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision for the Morro Bay Power Plant Project.
The Energy Commission is now scheduled to vote on the proposed decision, along with the amendments, at a special Business Meeting on:

The Third Revised Proposed Decision continues to recommend approval of the Morro Bay Power Plant project. The amendments recognize the role California Coastal Commission recommendations play in power plant licensing cases. The amendments do not change the way in which the Third Revised Decision proposes to deal with each of the Coastal Commission recommendations in the Morro Bay case.
