This workshop will provide the Energy Commission staff the opportunity to receive comments on its Preliminary Staff Assessment from the applicant, members of the public, local, state, and federal agencies. The comments will be considered in drafting the Final Staff Assessment.
The Roseville Energy Park project, proposed by Roseville Electric, would be a 120 to 125-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle electric generating facility with the ability to produce 160 megawatts during periods of peak demand for electricity. The facility would be adjacent to the Pleasant Grove Waste Water Treatment Plant in the city of Roseville.
