Updated to include the forms that were finalized to be consistent with the Enforcement Procedures for the Renewables Portfolio Standard for Local Publicly Owned Electric Utilities, as adopted by the Energy Commission, as part of Appendix B. All completed application forms must be submitted unsigned in Excel format by email to RPSTrack@energy.ca.gov, using the appropriate file name for the attachment and in the email subject line as indicated on the form. All forms, including the original signed attestations, as required, must be mailed to:

Energy Commission staff will not begin processing any application for certification or precertification until both an unsigned electronic copy of the application in Excel® format and an original signed application have been received. The applicant should ensure that both the electronic file and the signed original are sent to the Energy Commission within a reasonable timeframe of each other.

If the request is approved the reduced functionality version of the form will be made available for only the specific facility, or facilities, identified in your request.
