With the passage of Assembly Bill 2304 in September 2004, the Energy Commission is no longer required to submit a Quarterly Report, a Biennial Report, or an Annual Project Activity Report to the Legislature on the Renewable Energy Program. These reports were replaced by a single, comprehensive report on the Renewable Energy Program, submitted to the Legislature each November. To continue providing current information on the Renewable Energy Program to the public, the Energy Commission will post regular updates on the program's activities and the status of its funding on this page.
