The Plenary Stakeholder Group (PSG) reviews the work of the SSC to ensure its views are represented. The PSG includes all participants and interested parties and meets approximately once every six to eight weeks to review progress, and provides input and advice to the SSC and its working subgroups. The definition of renewable resource areas and conceptual transmission plans to access them will represent, to the extent possible, a consensus of the Plenary Stakeholder Group. Each participating organization in the Plenary Stakeholder Group, and the SSC, including the POUs and the California ISO, will pay its own costs.
