Notice of Mandatory Status Conference

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Committee designated by the Energy Commission to conduct proceedings on the Application for Certification (AFC) for the ALMOND 2 POWER PLANT PROJECT has scheduled a Mandatory Status Conference to take place as follows:

The Committee Conference will be conducted by telephone and/or by computer via our "WebEx" web conferencing system. For details on how to participate, please see the "Participation through WebEx" directions attached to this Notice.

Purpose of the Status Conference

This Status Conference is sponsored by the Committee assigned to this matter to inform the Committee, the parties, and the community about the project's progress to date in the AFC process.

Conference Participation

The Committee directs each party to participate and be represented by an agent with authority to bind and make decisions on the party's behalf.
