NOTICE OF RECEIPT
BLYTHE ENERGY PROJECT - 99-AFC-8C
Request For Post-Certification Change
The California Energy Commission has received a petition from Blythe Energy, LLC to amend the Commission Decision for the Blythe Energy Project in Blythe, California. Blythe Energy, LLC proposes to add 66 acres to its current project site. The reason for this change is to reconfigure the project's evaporation ponds and water retention basin to achieve efficiencies and eliminate potential overcrossing of the evaporation ponds with the transmission lines as will occur under the current project configuration given space restraints.
