PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that based upon Petitioner's request, the Committee Hearing previously scheduled for September 14, 1998 in the above-captioned matter has been RESCHEDULED as follows:
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1998 On July 22, 1998, Blythe Energy filed a "Petition for Jurisdictional Determination" regarding the application of Public Resources Code section 25540.6. Petitioner requests that the Commission determine whether the Blythe Energy Powerplant Project is exempt from the Notice of Intention (NOI) requirements of Public Resources Code section 25502. The Commission's Energy Facility Siting Committee is conducting this public hearing to discuss the matters raised in that Petition.
