ORDER RE STATUS REPORTS

Discussion:
The Committee is informed that the Staff intends to issue its Preliminary Staff Assessment on or about November 14, 2003. The Committee is interested in determining the status of the proceeding following publication and issuance of the Preliminary Staff Assessment.

Committee Order:

Therefore, the Committee orders that the Staff and Applicant file separate status reports describing the following, on or before December 5, 2003:

1. Any topics which are not addressed fully in the Preliminary Staff Assessment;

2. Any outstanding information requests;

3. The critical path topic or issue for purposes of completing the Final Staff Assessment;

4. Any federal actions or permits required for this project and their status;

5. The need for a Status Conference;

6. A proposed schedule for the remainder of the proceeding.
